Job profile:

Reporting to the Projects director, we are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and successful AV Integration Sales person to join our team.

Working as part of a team you will be expected to drive projects from the initial inquiry stage through to implementation.

Candidate profile:

The successful candidate will have a good technical background, a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to specify, design and deliver technical solutions to the highest standard.

Full UK driving license required.
Position is based from our office in Mildenhall but also includes UK travel.

Qualifications, experience and expertise:

Essential

  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in the AV/IT channel working with resellers and end customers to deploy complex collaboration technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a variety of audiences.
  • High level of IT literacy.
  • Proven management and leadership skills.
  • Experience of deploying insight/challenger sales methodologies within sales teams.
  • A pro-active self-starter who is able to work on own initiative.

Desirable

  • UC&C and/or CTS qualification.

Due to growth in our category Sales team, we have an exciting new role available in the South of England. The purpose of the role is to:

  • To construct, initiate and carry out vertical Headset New Business Campaigns in Nimans Corporate Division for Jabra. It is expected that 75% of the new business appointments will be self-generated and 25% will come from initiating campaigns within the division.
