Job profile:

  • Development and support of ERP & Bespoke systems
  • Review, analysis and implementation of system upgrades
  • Development of reports from ERP for Sales, Marketing and Finance departments
  • Daily IT Support for all users both in the UK and overseas offices
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and share knowledge with IT team and users
  • Ability to work within a team as well as on individual projects
  • Assisting IT Manager with software and system related issues
  • Resolution of IT related issues through creative thinking

Candidate profile:

  • Preferably university graduate with relevant IT qualifications
  • Strong skills in Microsoft SQL and relational databases
  • Would prefer previous experience of EFACS

Previous experience of software development and support in a similar environment:

  • Must have programming experience, preferably in Java / Access VBA / ASP.Net
  • Must have basic understating of windows servers and remote desktops
  • Must have flexible working attitude, willingness to complete tasks within given deadlines
  • Good communicator
  • Team player
